Manage your choices
Analytics cookies default to off for visitors in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland, and default to on everywhere else. In the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland a consent banner is shown on your first visit; elsewhere analytics is on by default and you can turn it off any time from the control below. Live support is always available and does not depend on your analytics choice.
1. What this policy covers
Cookies are small text files stored by a website in your browser. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels, and software identifiers. In this policy, “cookies” includes these similar technologies where they store information on, or access information from, your device.
2. Strictly necessary storage
These items support services you request and cannot be disabled through our preference panel.

3. Analytics — optional
We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity. Google Analytics 4 is always loaded and runs under Google Consent Mode v2: outside the EEA, UK, and Switzerland it may write analytics cookies from your first visit, and inside those regions it only does so after you accept — until then it operates in a cookieless mode with limited aggregate measurement signals. Microsoft Clarity is loaded only after analytics consent is granted, in every region, so it creates no session cookie and no recording before your choice. We configure advertising storage and ad-personalization signals as denied for everyone.

Providers may receive technical information such as IP address, approximate location, browser and device information, referring page, pages viewed, and interaction events. See the Privacy Policy for more information.
4. Live support — always on
Live support is always available and does not depend on your analytics choice. We load the self-hosted Chatwoot widget from chatwoot.fisherr.fun. Chatwoot may use cookies and local or session storage to create a conversation identifier, maintain the chat session, show message history, and route messages to our support team — these are treated as strictly necessary for the chat service you use. Storage duration varies by session and Chatwoot configuration. Information you type into chat is processed to answer your request.
5. Consent behavior
- On a first visit, analytics cookies stay off in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland until you accept; elsewhere they are on by default until you reject them. Live support is always on and is not affected by your analytics choice.
- “Accept all” enables analytics. “Necessary only” keeps analytics cookies off. “Customize” lets you toggle analytics separately; live support cannot be turned off.
- Your choice applies on the current browser and device and is re-applied on every visit. Clearing browser storage removes it, so we will ask again.
- When you reject or withdraw analytics, we update the consent signal and attempt to remove accessible first-party analytics cookies. Withdrawing a previously saved acceptance also reloads the page with the saved rejection applied before analytics tags load. Google Analytics 4 may still send cookieless aggregate signals, and Microsoft Clarity is not loaded at all. Live support remains available.
6. Browser controls and Do Not Track
You may also block or delete cookies through browser settings. Blocking all storage can prevent the RFQ cart or preference record from persisting. Because there is not one universally implemented Do Not Track standard, use our cookie preference control for a direct, category-specific choice.
7. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when our services, providers, or legal obligations change. Material changes may cause the preference panel to ask for a new choice. Questions about cookies or privacy can be sent to [email protected].
